A new found love revisited

Somewhere between the Rue St. Dennis and the Cafe Gitani - it hit HARD - J'adore Montreal! We had to go up to renew Khris' visa and decided to spend the day in Montreal. We were at the cutest bed and breakfast in the Latin Quarter. It used to be a brothel, and our room had a secret door used for escapes during raids, and tons of naked pictures of women everywhere. And of course we had pountine, stocked up on ketchup chips and tons of Canadian chocolate (as per request from Khris' boss)!!

There are only a few places in the world that i KNOW i'll go back to - and Montreal is one of them. I have a new motivation to learn French. But, visting the city reminded me how lucky i am to live in Boston. The ladies in Montreal are gorgeous. I would feel really inspired to get ready all the time. but living in Boston lets me relax on the vain department - i have a tendency to be the most over dressed person in the room here in the hub, and still never get to wear my outrageous clothes! Maybe Montreal is the place for me afterall...

That WAS my room - i should show you the pic of ME in the tub! My french is comme ci comme ca - except when the girl at the table next to me asked for salt and pepper - i gave her sugar..

It was ALWAYS Montreal - but it's Katrina + one - so a compromise is in order - plus to get a job in QC, it helps if your bilingual.
